Bushings look to be in nice shape

Was pretty tricky to get pulled out but you can see in the pictures I got it out and its not locked up

There are some rock chips and wear on the headlight lens from everyday driving

Black in color. This is a cheap aftermarket spoiler NOT OEM. There are scuffs and scratches shown. A good polish wouldn't hurt but I'm not guaranteeing it to all clean up. If you want perfect, you'll need to repaint. They are held on with mounting screws and 3M tape. Comes exactly as pictured.
