The family has been tending their vineyards for five generations, and today the estate is run by Aude Vauban and her cousin Carla Bonnet. This is a beautifully racy, cool, refined Blanc de Blancs with incredibly precise, taut citrus and subtle honeyed, toasty elements just rounding the edges. Wonderful Champagne.
