William Saintot, Blanc de Blancs Premier Cru NV El Tresillo 1874 The nose is floralTouch of gold in colour. Toasty nose with a nice line of oak coming through in a delicate and layered way. There is lemon peel, a dusting of salt and green apple flesh. It's central on the front end with a really complex mid palate that goes lateral. As it warms the palate rounds out and brings the complexity of the vilification on the mid to late to the fore.
