The Martinique rhum agricole has been aged for five years in oak barrels, ahead of a second 12 month maturation in a Sauternes cask from Chteau La Tour Blanche. And the results are stunning. Passionfruit, honey and apricot come through on the nose, ahead of a subtly gingerbread focused palate, made lush with all those pungent agricole notes. An
