The result is a striking, one of a kind pattern created through the mix of material and movement of steel during the forging process. The billet was forged entirely by hand, then carefully ground, heat treated, and hand sanded to an 800 grit finish. A final etch brings the Damascus pattern to life, revealing layers of texture
