High Carbon Chefs w/Zebra cutlery This Chef’s knife was madeThis chefs knife has been hand forged from high carbon W2 steel. After forging, the blade was differentially heat treated to create a distinct hamon. It was then meticulously hand sanded to 600 grit, resulting in a refined satin finish that further highlights the hamon line. The handle is crafted from Zebrawood and Black Paper Micarta.
