Matured in ex Apera Sherry casks and finished in 40 year old ex Tawny Port casks from Murray Street, bringing a lovely salted caramel backbone, enhanced by the Apera stewed fruits, with a complexity and depth that only an aged fortified can provide. Limted release of 591 bottles. Nose Apple, apricot, pear, brown wood sugars and kitchen spices. An
