Though it's pink, this gin has no added sugar, taking more inspiration from dry ros Provence wine. Depending on what you fancy, a different garnish will bring out different notes. A slice of strawberry will enhance the red fruit notes, whereas a ribbon of lemon peel will magnify those citrus notes.
