Beneficial Counsels (Wasaya) poetry the illustrious nephew of HakimImam al Haddads Beneficial Counsels is a collection of nine sets of counsels in the form of letters which the Imam sent to some of his close students. Each set of counsels contains provision for the wayfarer on his or her journey to Allah. The Imam deals with topics such as taqwa, the etiquettes of prayer and performing hajj, whose company one should keep and how to illuminate ones heart. In addition to the counsels, this book contains a small
