Labradorite Polished Freeform Flash Style:Blue/ Green Large 75"- 2" tall and 50-Labradorite is a fascinating stone because of what is known as the schiller (German, for "twinkle") effect: the metallic iridescence that occurs when light reflects between two layers of a mineral at an angle. Also referred to as adularescence or labradorescence, this effect is found also in moonstone, opal, and sapphire. These polished freeforms are shaped by buffing and polishing a natural shaped chunk of labradorite, revealing layers of brilliant
