At the same time, it has plenty of honeysuckle and lychee zest, with crisp pineapple acidity, giving it a clean and refreshing finish. Ideal with spicy Asian and Middle Eastern dishes, roasted duck or pork, as well as rich, pungent cheeses like Gorgonzola and Stilton.
