Custom 18k Gold 2.75CTW Natural Diamond Buss Down Watch (36mm) 35” in length and chunkyThis watch was custom made and manufactured in Milan, Italy and has never been worn or used except for these pictures. The watch case back dial and crown are fashioned out of solid 18k yellow gold. The natural diamonds were all set by hand and are counted and sized approximately as followed; 45 (. 03ct) surrounding the bezel, and over 150 (. 01ct) into the face. All the diamonds have been prong set into white gold on the face and bezel of the watch
