Domaine de Bellivière - 2023 Jasnières 'Prémices' Variety_Nero d'Avola Lovers of Pinot or GamayPrmices is Bellivire's opening Chenin Blanc, a Jasnires which was originally made from fruit from vines in conversion to biodynamic farming after Eric and Christine Nicolas's aquisition of the Bellivire estate. Since the whole estate is now fully converted to biodynamics, Prmices has evolved into being a barrel selection of the most fruit forward of the Jasnires so it remains the first release and the most approachable and straightforward in its
