The skin colour tends to be greenish purple when ripe, with light red flesh. It has an excellent rich, sweet flavour. Produces well in cool to warm temperate climates and subtropical areas. Mature trees generally produce 2 crops each year. Reported to be so fertile. Grows 4 x 4 m. Suits full sun or part shade and is frost
