The 2009 Les Tourelles de Longueville has a lovely
intense and calcareous nose of ripe and dense seed fruits with crystalline saline notes of crushed rocks (and there are many rocks in this site)
A perfumed blend features notes of ripe and fresh red and dark currant aromas that are trimmed in earth and lovely spice wisps
There is so much fruity succulence here that the wine should stand up to a gamey dish of liver pâté or pasta with wild boar
