La Planta, Arzuaga, Ribera del Duero BottleSize:75Wine with 6 months in oak, 100% tempranillo from young vines, around 25 25 years old. Grapes are picked by hand at their optimum ripeness. Bunches are brought to the winery in plastic crates per 15 kilograms and sorted at a sorting table. After destemming, grapes are pumped into stainless steel vat, where they macerate at a cool temperature and the alcoholic fermentation takes place at 22C 24C.
