Wes is one of the most famous artists and he does not create very much jewelry and this is one of his older and more vintage pieces. The bracelet consists of 12 beautiful overlaid silver hearts. Wes has won numerous awards and is known around the world. This is an incredible investment and beautifully artistic piece.
